Donations are more important than ever following decreases in available support, including funding from the Firehouse Art Center’s primary granting organizations. For this reason, every donation matters, regardless of size, because collectively, small donations can become large donations. The Firehouse combines donations with grants to enhance all programming. A $25 donation can help provide much needed materials to the Healing Studio classes. A $50 donation can provide a partial scholarship for a child in need to attend the Firehouse’s Art After School program. A $100 donation can provide a partial scholarship for a child in need to attend the Firehouse’s Children’s Summer Art Program. A $500 and $1,000 donation can provide an arts project to a Title I public elementary school in need.
