Norman Animal Welfare's adoptable Baxter

Baxter is waiting to meet his forever family in the very last adoption room, close to the far end. But: it is clear that shelter staff is just saving one of the best for last, because Baxter is such a good boy. He sits in his kennel, inquisitively tilting his head at everyone that walks by, hoping that he will be the one chosen.

 He is a wonderful dog. He loves treats and he loves squeaky toys. He even let me dress him up a bit for photos with no complaints. I couldn’t tell you what his bark sounds like because he’s always been quiet. He has been up at the shelter for as long as I can remember. He’s a sweet, tenderhearted soul and he deserves a family of his own!
