Kevin Stark is a cartoonist, portrait painter, sculptor, toy designer, musician, photographer, producer, and entrepreneur and is most well known in Oklahoma as the proprietor of the Toy & Action Figure Museum in Pauls Valley. With over 11,000 figures, the museum draws visitors from across the state and the world.
